An active rental unit is a unit currently occupied by an active tenant. Your subscription plan determines how many active units can be recorded under your account.
No. Leasy Link does not collect, receive or hold rent or deposits on behalf of landlords or tenants. Tenants pay landlords directly using the landlord's existing payment methods. The landlord can then record the payment in Leasy Link for record-keeping purposes.
Yes. Leasy Link uses the information you record to help you identify outstanding rent and utility balances.
Yes. You can create personalised rent reminders based on your recorded balances and send them to your tenants through supported communication options such as WhatsApp.
Yes. After you record a payment received from a tenant, Leasy Link can generate a payment receipt for your records and for the tenant.
Yes. Leasy Link keeps organised payment records that can be used to review a tenant’s payment history and generate statements.
Yes. Leasy Link allows you to record utility charges and payments separately from rent. Where applicable, utility bills can also be divided among active tenants, with the option to make manual adjustments.
