Leasy Link is a subscription-based rental-management application that helps landlords, property managers and estate agents organise their properties, rental units, tenants, leases, rent records, utilities, receipts, statements and documents in one place.

Leasy Link is designed for individual landlords, landlords with multiple properties, property managers and estate agents. It is suitable for anyone managing rental units, regardless of the size of their portfolio.

Yes. Leasy Link helps you monitor recorded payments and identify outstanding rental balances.

Yes. You can prepare personalised rent reminders for tenants with outstanding balances and send them through WhatsApp.

Yes. Leasy Link keeps organised payment records that can be used to review a tenant’s payment history and generate statements.

Yes. Leasy Link allows you to record utility charges and payments separately from rent. Where applicable, utility bills can also be divided among active tenants, with the option to make manual adjustments.

Historical rental records are preserved. When a tenant moves out or a lease ends, the previous information remains available for future reference instead of being lost.

Yes. You can store important rental documents, such as leases and supporting records, within the relevant rental profile.

Yes. Leasy Link is launching from Botswana and it has been prepared for regional and international countries in the SADC region currently. Availability, payment options and certain features may differ by country.

Leasy Link is being prepared for release on supported Android and Apple devices. Official Google Play and Apple App Store download links will be published once the application becomes publicly available.

Leasy Link will offer different subscription plans based mainly on the number of active rental units being managed. Final prices and the features included in each plan will be displayed on the Pricing page.

Yes. If you reach your plan’s property or active-unit limit, you will be able to select an appropriate higher plan or contact Leasy Link for assistance.

Eligible early supporters who join the Leasy Link waitlist will receive three months of free access after launch only for the designated free trial package. The applicable eligibility requirements and promotional terms will be communicated before activation.

Leasy Link uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect account and rental information. Users must also keep their account access secure and ensure that personal information entered into the application is collected and used lawfully.

Yes. Because Leasy Link helps you maintain organised rent and utility-payment records, you can generate receipts and statements when a tenant needs confirmation of recorded payments.

Maintenance management is planned as a future feature and is not included in the initial launch unless Leasy Link announces otherwise.

Multiple staff roles and shared account access are planned for a future phase. The initial version is intended primarily for a single landlord or authorised account holder.

You can contact the Leasy Link support team through the Help section, the official support email address or the Leasy Link WhatsApp Business number displayed on the website.

Select “Join the Waitlist” or “Get Early Access” on the website and complete the registration form. We will contact you with launch information and instructions for accessing the application.
